It is October and that means Halloween is just around the corner. I L-O-V-E this holiday and today I have a fun project to share.
I found an easy tutorial for these monster snack bags. They are lined with food safe material and are to replace all the zip-lock baggies we go through everyday. I have lots of them on my table right now, ready to sew up. They are going to be filled with Halloween goodies and sent to some special kiddos for their Halloween treats. I am also working on a bunch of tags to attach to the zippers. (I will update when I get them all done.)
Here is my first bag and tag – for my tag, I used a digital image from Bugaboo Stamps called Pumpkin Season Tag (perfect right?). I coled my pumpkin with Copics, die cut it with a stitched circle die then cut out another with black cardstock. I adhered a piece of orange and white twine between the two circles and pined it to the zipper pull. I am going to write the instructions for washing the bags in white on the black side.Aren’t these soooo adorable!! They are really making me smile out loud right now!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you are inspired to create something today!
