I decided to participate in another fun FaceBook Challenge at Lacy Sunshine and it was truly a C-H-A-L-L-E-N-G-E (to use one of Heather’s Melancholy Moppets.) These little guys are not my usual bright, whimsical images and they SCARED me. However, I got a pep talk and some insight and then I sucked it up, and expanded my horizons 🙂 )
My card today uses Anastasia with Poppies. She looks so sad and thoughtful – like she is remembering something sad from her past. Since poppies often represent remembrance, I thought that a simple one word sentiment would be appropriate – “Remember”
I kept my colors soft and subtle. Warm Greys with some touches of red and green. While she scared me, I now love her more for the challenge…
